Editorial policy
This page explains how the clinic information behind BestDoctorTurkey’s guides is researched, what we do and don’t claim about it, and how to request a correction.
How clinic information is researched
Every clinic’s entry in a guide — its Google rating, accreditations, years in operation, and, when available, a Trustpilot rating — is compiled from publicly available sources: the clinic’s own website, public business registries, Google Business Profiles, Trustpilot, and public accreditation registries such as JCI’s directory or an ISO certification body. We do not accept paid submissions, and a clinic cannot edit its own entry.
What we don’t claim
BestDoctorTurkey is not a medical publisher. No guide, ranking, or page on this site is reviewed by a licensed physician before publication, and nothing here is medical guidance — see our medical disclaimer for detail. We compile and present publicly available information; we do not independently verify medical outcomes, and a clinic’s presence in a guide is not an endorsement.
Rankings are separate from editorial judgement
Where a page shows a ranking, its order is generated entirely by the fixed formula described at /how-we-rank, applied identically to every clinic. Editorial judgement plays no role in scoring or ordering, and no clinic can pay for a better position.
Corrections
If any detail about a clinic in one of our guides is inaccurate or out of date, tell us and we will review it. See the correction and removal request process on our Legal page.
